Types of Races

  1. Money Races
Every season, the KCKA season has select races known as the "Money Races." During registration, drivers and teams will pay an extra fee ($10) to support the Money races. Based on where each driver finishes in the races, the drivers will receive money at the end of the season banquet. Payout is 45%, 35%, 20% for the top 3 finishers of the two races
  2. Liberty Cup Races
The Liberty Cup is the KCKA's most prestigious two race event. Similar to the NASCAR All-Star Race or the Monster Energy Cup in AMA Supercross, the Liberty Cup is a 2 race event that pays points. The driver with the highest amount of points out of the two select races will be crowned the Liberty Cup Champion!
  3. KCKA / Kart SS Dual Series Races
For the first time, KC Karting Association will be racing with the newly re-formed KART Sprint Series. The races will be a normal points race for all KCKA club members as well as being a crossover points race for the KART Sprint Series. We will be hosting two of their seven races. The first being the race on June 23rd in Liberty, MO and the second being the August 19th race in Garnett, Kansas. Go to www.KART.org to see the rest of the KART Sprint Series Schedule. If you have any questions please notify us.
